TRANSFORMER FOR CONCRETE AND GROUND THERMAL TREATMENT

According to ÃÎÑÒ 11677 (Interstate Standard 11677)
and IEC – 76 standards

ÒÌÒÎ – 80/0.38 – Ó1 type transformer is intended for concrete and ground thermal treatment, electrically operated hand tool power supply and temporary lighting.

Specification

ÒÌÒÎ – 80/0.38 – Ó1 type three-phase transformer is manufactured with primary winding (HV) voltage rating up to 380 V and secondary winding (LV) voltage rating up to 36 V with step-by-step voltage regulation on high voltage winding or medium voltage winding. Hence the transformers are equipped with a tap changer, which is connected to medium voltage winding. Voltage is regulated without excitation on HV side while the transformer is switched off the system. Regulating range is shown in the table.

Connection scheme and group are Y/D-11 or Y/D/D-11-11.

Operating Condition

Altitude above sea level – up to 1000 m.

Temperature of ambient air:

  • for temporary climate: from –45Ñ to +40Ñ

Transformers are not to operate:

  • in flammable and corrosive medium (containing gases, high concentration of dust, evaporations, etc.);
  • in vibrating and shaking medium.

Transformer construction

The tanks are of oval form. The transformer is equipped with a radiator to enlarge the cooling surface. To lift the tank and the transformer ready-assembled there are hooks, which are situated under the upper frame of the tank. The tank lid is equipped with a drain valve; in the lower tank part there is a plug for draining the oil, a cock (a plug) for assaying and a grounding bolt.

The active part consists of a magnetic core, which is made of cold-rolled electrotechnical steel, windings and a tap changer.

The windings of the transformer are made of aluminium.

The HV, MV and LV inputs are dismountable, for outdoor installation; the insulators are bushing, made of porcelain and fastened to the lid.

For oil level monitoring the oil level indicator is fastened onto the tank wall.
