Single or double transformer Single or Double-row Block-Type Complete Transformer Substations with rating power up to 2500 kV•А for primary voltage 6 or 10 kV and secondary voltage 0.4 kV, frequency 50 Hz are designed for power supply of industrial objects in temporary and cold climate (–60С to +40С) regions.

The БКТП Substation is one or several block modules with completely assembled electric connections inside the block which are to be mounted on foundation.

Block module frame provides safety casing for all the elements. Inside it the environment which satisfies operating conditions of the БКТП is created. The building is equipped with lighting, ventilation and heating that are controlled from the auxiliary switchboard.

The БКТП are produced in block-module cells, which are made of “Sandwich”-type panels of high factory readiness, with built-in power transformer, HV and LV switchboards. There are oil-receivers in places of installation of the power oil transformer (in the foundation of the building), which are intended for receiption of 20% of transformer oil.

The БКТП are equipped with heating, energy accounting meters and interior lighting.

In the HV section the ШВВ-2В switchboards with vacuum circuit breakers or КСО cells with protection of the power transformer can be installed.

The БКТП of industrial type according to ТУ 16-674.029-84 or ЩО-94 panels according to ТУ У 36.248-94 can be installed in the LV section.

The БКТП incoming and outgoing lines are of cable type.

A power transformer is included into the БКТП delivery set.

• The module frame questionnaire;
• The equipment layout in the module frame.
